BATON ROUGE — Residents now have a new way to help state officials in the battle against litter.
Lt. Gov. Billy Nungesser, Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries and Keep Louisiana Beautiful recently teamed up to announce the launch of the new litter hotline number, 855-LA-Litter.
Through the LDWF-managed hotline, Louisianans can report littering in an instant, according to Nungesser.
