WELSH — The Town of Welsh is holding its annual Arts and Crafts Fest from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday in downtown Welsh.
Organizer and Town Clerk Eva Kibodeaux said she is happy to bring the event back after a short hiatus.
“The last time we did it was two years ago,” she said. “I would like to have done one last year but time slipped away.”
