WELSH — The community will have the chance to take a step back in time this weekend with an interactive history lesson on the harvesting of rice in the early 1900s.
The Old Time Rice Threshing Festival will kick off at 9 a.m. on Saturday at the Welsh Airport, located at 615 North Kennedy St.
