WELSH — The Jeff Davis Parish Council on Aging (COA) is having their annual Fall Fest Gumbo event with doors opening at 8 a.m. and serving starting at 10:30 a.m., Friday, Oct. 18 at the Welsh Community Center, located at 101 Palmer St.
