James O. Hall Post 19 of the American Legion recently honored local residents for their contributions to the community as well as one of their own for exemplifying the Legion’s values.
Alexis Hargroder was named Educator of the Year, Mindy Hetzel was honored as Citizen of the Year and Tyler Navarre earned Firefighter of the Year.
Past Commander Art Matte was recognized as Post 19’s Blue Cap nominee.
