Welsh resident Max Morris takes advantage of the Jeff Davis Parish Registrar of Voters registration drive at Skip’s Ninety-One Stop to change his personal information. Morris is one of many Louisiana residents who were able to register to vote, edit voting information or check their voter status at mobile registration events across the state during Voter Registration Week.
