Lady Cardinals fall to Monterey

LACASSINE - Avery Cupit scattered six hits and struck out 11 Friday to help lead No. 17 Monterey to a 4-2 upset victory over the No. 16 Lacassine Lady Cardinals in a Class B bi-district playoff contest.
