The Jennings and Welsh baseball teams played a tune-up game Thursday in Jennings. While Jennings won 5-4, the game doesn’t count on either teams record and will not affect their power ranking.
The tune-up game was also a fundraiser with the proceeds from the admittance fee going to support former JHS Baseball Coach Jordan Smith cancer treatment.
