Hounds top Franklin in ‘thriller’

The No. 8 Welsh Greyhounds took on the No. 9 Franklin Hornets this past Tuesday in the Regional Round of the Class 2A playoffs, in what ended up being a thriller of a game. The Greyhounds would come out on top in overtime 67-65, advancing to the quarterfinal round for the first time since 1994 and for only the third time ever in school history.
