The Jeff Davis Parish Zoning Commission approved a rezoning request by Texas Material Group for a parcel of property in the Silverwood area. With police jury approval, the property could be rezoned from A1-agriculture to I1-light industrial for a retail concrete and asphalt batch plant shop, truck and storage yard.
