WELSH — The Jeff Davis Parish Council on Aging (COA) annual Fall Fest Gumbo event has returned with doors opening at 7 a.m. and serving starting at 10:30 a.m., Friday, Oct. 17 at the Welsh Community Center, located at 101 Palmer St.
