KINDER — The Jennings Lady Dogs traveled to play the Kinder Lady Yellowjackets in a district game Friday night. Both teams were looking for a win to boost their power ranking. Kinder led 28-19 at halftime, but the Lady Dogs would rally to lead 33-32 early in the 4th period. Kinder would retake the lead and go on to win 42-38.

KINDER—TheJennings Bulldogs traveled to play the Kinder Yellowjackets Friday in a district game. The Bulldogs jumped out to a 34-17 halftime lead and went on to win 66-40 and break a five-game losing streak.

ELTON — The Elton High Indians (19-10, 3-0) welcomed neighboring Basile High Bearcats (0-15, 0-2) Friday night for a district competition. The Senior athletes were recognized prior to the start of the game and were hyped up and ready for game time. The five Indian Seniors did not disappoint their fans as they controlled the game and led with a huge first half push. The Bearcats couldn’t keep up and the Indians added another district win to their season with a score of 75-30.

ELTON — The Elton High Lady Indians (13-16, 1-2) hosted the Basile High Lady Bearcats (3-15, 0-2) Friday night in district play. The Lady Indians dominated the game from start to finish leaving the Lady Bearcats behind early on and securing their first district win of the season with a score of 54-9.
