Looking to end their three-game losing streak, the Jennings Lady Dogs softball team turned to their senior slugger and junior pitcher when they hosted the Westlake Lady Rams on Thursday at Tom Precht Field. Emma Venable hit a grand slam home run and a three-run homer to help Jennings take a 15-0 win in three innings. Pitcher Molly Person tossed a no-hitter and was a walk away from a complete game.

The Hathaway senior Little Dribblers All Stars recently won the State Championship title after having a phenomenal season.

The Lake Arthur High Tigers took a trip down the road to take on the Lafayette Renaissance Charter Tigers. LRCA took the win, beating LAHS with a final score of 0-6.
