EVANGELINE — Deputies with the Acadia Parish Sheriff’s Office recently responded to a call that led to the arrest of a Jennings man and an Evangeline man on burglary charges.

LAKE ARTHUR — The town is holding its annual Art in the Park gathering of homemade crafts, retail goods, food and music for residents to come out to shop and enjoy at the newly renovated Lake Arthur Park near the lake front.
