Bright colors and fresh flavor bring out the best in summer meals, starting with seasonal salads that look as though the ingredients were just picked from a garden.

CeeCee Doucet (left photo, center) and Collin Achee (right photo, center) were this year’s recipients of the CYLA Scholarship. Knights of Columbus 2012 Grand Knight Frank Angelle (left) and Scholarship Chairman Joel Richert presented the graduates with their awards.

He is a grandfather, and as such, he wishes to introduce his granddaughters to the simple pleasures of life.
